There was an extremely large solar flare around 12:30. X-8.11. With the peak around 1:00 and active until approximately 1:36. It was one of the strongest solar flares of this solar cycle, but
consisting almost entirely of X-ray light. So if you were unable to sleep well, this may have been the cause.
A great deal of very high-frequency light then reaches the Earth
You notice this especially in the nervous system, which can become overloaded. Various symptoms may also arise, as well as old injuries. There was no CME directed toward Earth, so there will likely be no geomagnetic storm in the coming days from this eruption. However, more eruptions from the same sunspot are certainly expected.
EXPECTATIONS: This sunspot is now also almost directly Earth-facing, is very complex, and still growing. We can therefore expect more activity from this sunspot in the coming week. So fasten your seatbelts. These are the extremes that arise at the end of a solar cycle.

For further background on the current solar activity, the following report was shared:
GIANT SUNSPOT ALERT: A few days ago, sunspot 4366 didn't exist. Now it is a behemoth almost half the size of Carrington's sunspot. Rapid growth is making the sunspot unstable. Indeed, it has
already unleashed dozens of solar flares in the past 24 hours, including a tremendous X8-class flare described below. More explosions are almost certain on Feb. 2nd. Solar flare alerts: SMS
