How do I strengthen and maintain the connection with my Self?
In the shifting energies and fluctuations of these times, it can sometimes be quite difficult to truly stay connected to yourself. At times, you may have to do everything you can not to
become constantly overstimulated or triggered by all that you encounter in life. Without even realizing it, you can step out of connection with your Self and begin to move along with whatever is
manifesting within you or around you.
Before you know it, you are once again swept away by emotions, slipping back into survival mode, retreating into your mind, or allowing resistance to determine your course.
Then it becomes difficult to stay close to your feelings, close to your heart. The circumstances begin to determine far more how you experience something than you yourself do.
These are all signs that, subtly and sometimes completely unexpectedly, you have stepped out of connection with your own consciousness and heart.
And often, it happens before you even notice it
Old patterns and old energetic ways of functioning begin to take over, keeping you from making free choices, from flowing with life, and from seeing clearly.
Perhaps after some time you do notice it. You become aware of it, and then consciously reconnect through a moment of silence or stillness in order to restore the alignment and connection with your heart, higher consciousness, and Source.
And often, that works—precisely because you allow yourself a moment of peace and quiet.
In many cases, this is truly necessary in order to reconnect with yourself and to feel more comfortable again in your energy, your body, and your alignment.
Your consciousness begins to expand again, your heart opens once more, and your connection flows more easily.
Everyone is being affected by the rising frequencies
In the current situation on Earth, it is more necessary than ever to consciously create moments for yourself. To find peace, to release overstimulation, and to restore or strengthen the connection with your Self.
We are being overwhelmed by the energies of these times—by the enormous increases in frequency that are bringing all kinds of shadow to the surface, both within ourselves and in the world.
That shadow can create experiences of chaos, unexpected reactions, confrontations with yourself or with others.
The ego is being deeply triggered and, in its attempt to protect itself, may react strongly.
Before you know it, someone is angry with you even though you have done nothing wrong.
Aggression in traffic, misunderstandings in communication, and many similar situations become part of daily life.
Creating Space
Every person and every ego reacts differently to these overwhelming frequency increases and to the shadow that rises with them.
Learning to deal with this within yourself is already a challenge, let alone doing so while living in a world where this is happening on such a large scale.
As a result, you may find yourself processing many triggers on a daily basis.
Of course, your light is also being triggered, awakened, and activated more deeply through these increases in frequency.
But for now, most of us experience that light only in brief moments rather than continuously.
This is because space first needs to be created within our consciousness.
Space for that light, and for those higher qualities, to truly descend, integrate, and become part of our everyday human life.
❥ That space is created when we face and work with our shadow.
When we consciously examine and move through our old patterns.
When we learn to look with more love at our old wounds, to hold them gently, and to heal them.
The Human Layers Are Under Pressure
It is especially the human parts and layers of our consciousness that are under pressure right now.
The emotional fields, unconscious currents, the ego-self, inner child aspects and wounds from the past, but also the mind, the mental field, and the physical body through which we move in the world of 3D.
This means that all changes and triggers are coming closer than ever before.
In previous years, much energetic and mental baggage was illuminated through the rising frequencies. To a certain extent, we have already made our way through that.
Now it is other layers—the denser fields of 3D and 4D—that are being addressed in these years.
And that perhaps makes it even more confronting.
The focus may be on the Human Layers
This means that in your own growth and life, your focus may now be on the human layers.
No longer try to “fly away,” “float above,” or focus only on “the higher.”
These are old escape mechanisms, consciously or unconsciously used to keep you away from your human consciousness.
And because of that, you do not truly come into connection and acceptance. You do not truly land in your human self.
In those higher realms of creation—and within your higher Self—you can keep all the balls in the air, you have overview, and you know exactly who you are.
But that is not where you are meant to have these experiences right now.
You are here on Earth, in 3D, precisely in order to remember this within your human life, within your everyday existence.
Yes, you are also all of those higher layers of Self and those higher realms—and you are present there as well.
But your path of learning and growth now lies mainly here.
Your focal point is here on Earth.
From your human consciousness, you are once again experiencing, growing, and remembering.
To move through all of these changes and growth with greater ease and with fewer wounds, we need to be deeply attuned to who we are—even as human beings.
For it is within this focal point that we begin to remember who we are across all levels of creation.
As I said, on those higher levels of consciousness, we already know this—and always have.
The true art is to open to it again here, as a human being. To activate it, remember it, and embody it.
