Because of the immense amount of new energy that has entered, especially over the past six months, everything may sometimes feel a little strange to you — as if you are stepping into completely
new territory, as if there are new rules to the game that you do not yet fully understand, and as if you are not entirely sure which choices would be best for you in the years ahead.
At times, this can bring over you a vague sense of homesickness — for a time when everything seemed just a little more familiar, safer and more certain than it does now.
In the midst of all this, you are trying as best you can to function, to learn, and to process what is happening both in your own life and in the world, finding your way through trial and error.
That is why it is important to have some compassion for yourself, and patience too. There is so much happening, and it asks a great deal of you. You can see it everywhere around you, and throughout the world. Everyone and everything seems to be under constant pressure, and you can see what that does to people — perhaps you feel it within yourself as well.
It is good to pause from time to time and ask yourself in what ways, and through what expectations, you may be placing too much pressure on yourself — and how you might begin to change that.
Sometimes it is also good to replace the lenses through which you look at the world — or at your own life.
To adjust your perspective, and in doing so make things feel a little lighter and easier for yourself.
This world is in need of lightness, ease, playfulness, humor, colour, enjoyment, meaningful time together, music, and so many other things that can help make this place feel like Heaven on Earth. You can help create this, step by step, in small ways at a time.
A lighter world begins within yourself.
We can do this
