After every order, you will immediately receive an order e-mail from the sender email@example.com. In this order email you will
find your access to the downloads or to an event.
When you click on the link in your order email, you download the audio recording(s) as an mp3 file to your computer or phone.
The order email usually appears in your inbox and only exceptionally ends up in the spam or advertising box.

If you have an account, you can also access your downloads/access through your account. If you do not see the email and do not have an account, please contact us so we can help you.
In the attachment of the order email you will find the VAT invoice with an overview of your order for your own administration.

If you have registered for an event, you will receive - immediately after your order - the ordermail with the access link(s) you need to download the recordings.
Please note that we do not send an email shortly beforehand. You will always receive everything you need immediately after your order.
The access links in the ordermail will lead you to audio recordings that we use for the agreed time. These links are made active on the day of the event itself around 4:00 pm CET (Amsterdam time zone). Clicking on the links will automatically download the audio recordings as an mp3 file.
In addition to the audio recordings, you will now also receive the transcript of the channeling. This is an extra service. The channelings are transcribed by volunteers and are usually available
a few days after the on line event. However, in exceptional cases it may take weeks or even several months before they are available. The PDF file can be downloaded afterwards from your ordermail
An account is optional and of course not required. If you want to keep all your downloads in one place you can make it easy on yourself by creating an account.*
Make sure you are logged in before you place your order, otherwise your order will not be added to your account.

The download has been delivered to you. You have received what you ordered and that completes the purchase.

Because we deal with software, change of systems is a daily occurrence. Because of this, we cannot guarantee continued hosting of your downloads for a later moment in the now.
By transferring your contribution, you give your consent that you lose the right of withdrawal. In other words, we do not give a refund. It is also not possible to exchange your downloads, because they are in your possession immediately after your payment.

Of course, it is possible that you have accidentally bought the same product twice, for example. In such a situation you can always contact us so we can exchange the product or refund your money if you choose.
Have you created an account and do you want to collect all your ordered products in one place? Please make sure that you log in before you order a (free) download or purchase an online event access.
If you don’t log in before you order your product, the product will not appear in your account. Unfortunately, it is not possible (yet) for us to add the product to your account afterwards.
You can always email us if you wish to receive help or if something is not entirely clear to you.
You can also count on our e-mail support before an online event until 8:00 PM (CET+1)
We will deal with requests for help that arrive after 8:00 PM (CET+1) on the next day. This is because we allow ourselves to enjoy the online events we organize just like you :-)
That is why we also advise you to check whether you have received our order e-mail immediately after your payment.
Then you know for sure that you have access to it.
